Developing your customized ethics and compliance program is a “co-development” process, rooted in understanding your current program. In doing so, together we identify the alignment between your goals and objectives and our capabilities. The result is a shared vision that drives the development of an effective implementation plan.
Discovery
Discovery is the starting point for us in any client engagement. Working with you, we want to understand your current state. What are the characteristics of your workforce? Is it all local or a widely distributed workforce? What are you doing today? How is training being delivered? What technology is being used if any? Is your approach a blended approach? What systems and processes are currently in place?
Alignment
Together we seek to understand your business goals, what strategic initiatives are planned, what people and resources are available? What would you like to accomplish? What is required for you to comply with the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and other regulatory agencies. Finally, what alignment there is between what your organization would like to achieve and what 360training has to offer? What services that we have to offer can support your goals for an effective ethics and compliance program?
Implementation
The final step is to create an implementation plan. How a program is implemented is critical to its success and we’ll work with you to co-develop an implementation plan that is right for your organization and your needs. Once we’ve come to understand your organization, we can now assist you in crafting a roll-out plan that considers not just the technological issues, but the human factors, starting with a communication plan.
