Chuck Origer
Director of Business Development, Americas

Origer serves as Director of Business Development for North America where he heads new and emerging business development and strategic alliances for 360training. Prior to joining 360, Origer was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sheshunoff Information Services, a Thomson company that specializes in publishing legal, regulatory and compliance information for the banking industry. Origer also served as National Sales Manager for CAP, a division of McGraw-Hill that developed AutoCAD-based design and specification software for architectural firms, interior designers and contract furniture manufacturers. He has over 25 years of operational management, sales and sales management experience and is a graduate of Minnesota State University.

Shawn Sullivan, JD
Account Executive

Shawn Sullivan is an Account Executive in the Ethics and Compliance Division, working exclusively with corporate clients in several major industries including real estate, banking, mortgage, hospitality and healthcare. In her role, Shawn works closely with clients to develop effective ethics and compliance programs that address their specific organizational needs. Prior to joining 360training, Shawn spent 7 years in the mortgage banking industry, working for companies such as Wells Fargo and Webster Bank as an Account Executive in their wholesale mortgage divisions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a specialization in advertising and public relations from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas and a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas.

Anthony Mancuso
Account Executive

Anthony Mancuso is an Account Executive in the Ethics and Compliance Division. Anthony’s background includes experience as a special needs teacher as well as several years in the mortgage and banking industry where he was both a loan officer and a business development manager. Prior to joining 360training, Anthony also led teams at Dell Computers and LeapFrog Enterprise , a training provider to the K-12 market. As a former educator, Anthony has a special affinity for training and understands the importance of keeping employees interested and involved. Anthony graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Janiece Attal, JD
Manager, Regulatory and Compliance

Janiece is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and Member of the State Bar of Texas. As Manager of Regulatory and Compliance for 360training, Janiece functions as a liaison with all State, National and International Regulatory agencies related to the industries served by 360training including: Insurance and Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality and Food Service, and Occupational Training. Prior to joining 360training, Janiece worked in Contract and Litigation Law, was Co-Founder/Director of the American-Mediterranean Council, and Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Business Law.

John Alexander
Curriculum Manager

John Alexander is a Senior Project Manager for 360training’s Production Division. He is responsible for 360training’s production efforts, resource planning, process analysis, curriculum development, and delivery for a number of industry-specific verticals, including Financial Services Education, Ethics and Compliance, and Custom Client Development. Prior to joining 360training, John was an educator in several public, private, and international schools, teaching a range of subjects taking him to England, Germany, France and Papua New Guinea. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education/Language Arts and a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics/TESOL from the University of Alabama.

Lacynda Hill, JD
Subject Matter Expert/Editor

As a Content Developer/Copy Editor for 360training’s Production Division, Lacynda is responsible for developing and editing course content for various industry-specific verticals, including Financial Services Education, Public Safety, Occupational Training, Custom Content, and Real Estate. She holds a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in English from Texas A&M University in College Station and a J.D. with a specialization in Law, Technology & Communications from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

Dr. Tom Sechrest, Director
Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics Program

St. Edward’s University

Tom Sechrest is currently Director of the MSOLE program at St. Edward’s University. After receiving degrees in psychology and education, Sechrest spent the first years of his career as an entrepreneur in educational & industrial television, creating training films, commercials, music videos and documentaries. One of his clients was the United States Department of Labor, which hired him to produce television work for them. While in public service, he had both regional and national responsibilities for leadership and management assessment and development as well as policy formulation and organizational effectiveness. In mid-career, Sechrest began doctoral study in Human Resource Development at The University of Texas at Austin, which at the time had the #1-ranked program in the country. While at UT, Sechrest was a research assistant and coordinated international continuing education conferences, managing large events in the U.S., Germany, England, Egypt, Israel and Russia.

Prior to joining St. Edward’s, Tom worked Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in the mid-1990s, where he worked in learning & development as well as corporate leadership & succession planning, and helped craft the global leadership competency model still in use at AMD.

Michael T. Palermo, JD, CFP

Mike maintains a law practice in Lexington, Kentucky, concentrating in estate planning. He is one of only about 1,500 practicing attorney/Certified Financial Planner™ designees in the country. Mike also devotes a substantial portion of his time to writing and creating Web content on legal and financial planning topics, including educational course development, for a variety of personal and professional venues. He has been interviewed, quoted or featured by a wide assortment of consumer-oriented media outlets, including the Wall St. Journal (print and online editions), MarketWatch.com, USA Weekend, Christian Science Monitor, Family Money Magazine, SmartMoney.com, CNNfn.com and MSNBC.com.
